BY ENTERING, USING AND PURCHASING FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS:

  • Allergies: All products are baked in one single home cottage kitchen. Salt & Sugar Baking Co, LLC is not an allergy free kitchen. We cannot guarantee cross contamination and for this reason cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. All products contain eggs, wheat, dairy, nuts and soy. Salt & Sugar Baking Co. LLC is not a nut free or gluten free kitchen. By entering and using this website you acknowledge and agree to these terms. 

  • Shipping is a flat $13.00 rate for the fastest priority shipping.

  • All shipping orders will be processed and mailed 3-5 days after the order has been placed.

  • All orders placed for local pickup will have detailed instructions with your purchase confirmation email. Any changes or adjustments needed for pick up must be arranged via email to saltsugar1129@gmail.com to correspond available times for pickup/delivery.

  • Salt & Sugar Baking Co, LLC is not responsible or liable for lost and/or damaged packages or products during shipping. Each food item has a chance to get damaged or decrease in quality due to shipping delays, which is out of our control. Each cookie is sealed and packed with thoughtful consideration for pick up and shipping so you're goods get to you in perfect condition! After packages have been dropped for shipping, it is in the hands of the carrier and we are no longer held responsible for the condition the package or the product arrives in. Each dispute will have to be taken care of directly with the corresponding carrier service.

  • Salt & Sugar Baking Co, LLC is a Cottage Food Kitchen and operates under the New Mexico Cottage Food Act and is exempt from state inspection.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns will be accepted due to the nature of the product.

Return and Refund Policy

  • In the event a refund needs to be issued at no fault of your own and/or Salt & Sugar Baking Co. LLC, communication and arrangements will be made accordingly for proper refund.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED AFTER PICK-UP. ORDERS NOT PICKED UP within 24 hours of order pick-up time will be forfeited.

  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
